Flippa experts - PLEase help!

Hi guys..

I am having a website which makes $200 a month on autopilot.

It is ranking at the #1 position for a search term that gets 3300 Exact monthly searches.

Can I flip this website for 12 times the monthly profit in Flippa?

Do these sites go for 12 times the monthly profit?

    You should be able to, as long as you can prove your income. Sites with very little income per month are selling for crazy amounts on Flippa. It would seem people just want to get their hands on something that is already proven to be a success.

    A listing on Flippa only cost $19. What do you have to lose other than a measly 20 spot?

      I can prove my income..and it is not about the $19 for the listing.

      I simply do not know what I should expect before I flip my first site.

    Yes it is possible.

    You have to make sure that you describe exactly everything in your listing.

    Whether you get 12 times the monthly profit is difficult to say. Some sites only fetch 6 to 8 times monthly profit while others get as much as 20 times. It depends on the niche and your site and on the length of time that you can show income.

    If the site made $200 one time it is a little hard...
