Hey warriors

I have put this squeeze page together.. My first ever I have done

Do you think it is too simple or good ?

Funnily enough, i have just been trying to do my own sqeeze page, but my problem is i cant fit my paypal earnings into it, ! Have tried cutting it down, but if i shrink it down its to small to read. bummer

Hey Deano,

Looks great. I would just draw more attention to the sign up box.

A trick I learnt from Frank Kern is to put A HUGE BIG RED ARROW on each side of the box pointing at it! Seems to hugely increase opt-ins! :-)

I actually like it - uses the complete screen and doesn't have any borders around it - nice simple and clean

Like Joe said may be draw more attention to the sign up box

I dig simple pages in general, but this one has issues at least for me. the way the whole screen is used pulls my eyes apart in an uncomfortable manner. You want things to be more fluid and cohesive. The headline doesn't do it for me either and I personally would ditch the ebook cover.

P.S. This is all positive constructive criticism and is no way meant to be taken personally...

  You might consider adding some bullet points that highlight the benefits of the product.
  
  Maybe make the eCover a little smaller so you can fit them in next to it.
  
  Like Joe and Tino mentioned, highlight the opt-in box.

I think with these kind of things you need to be able to build bonding, rapport and trust. People aren't likely to just give you their email address when there's so many people asking for them.

So the question i'd be asking is how do you go about bonding, rapport and trust??

I think that comes from several things in your sales page:
- Irresistible, but believable headline
- Humility (If I can do it, you can too)
- Testimonials
- A story (why do you do what you do and offer what you offer)
- Personality (in the graphics you use)

  it is missing a couple of things... but I have seen squeezes really awful converting...
  
  it all depends how you market it.
  
  Now, if you do care about the usual things, here i go (from my tech gal, don't ask me what the tech-tech part means...):
  
  -the page and the image are not tied up. The image is a pro work, like it or not. i do like it. The rest of the page doesn't have any pro detail.
  
  He can try changing the header font to impact and separate the letters a bit (impact is a bit jammed) and change the font color for this one: #730913, picked it from the image. It might not look that good, but it is a start.
  
  -The ebook and the capture box have a bit too much white space in the middle... He is not using any container and the table of the form is 100% wide.
  
  -There is no copyright info, contact link or anything. Those are trust killers.

Take a look at some other squeeze pages and see what they're doing.

Most of the ones I've seen have a smaller headline. The book is immediately visible. They include bullet points highlighting what people will discover inside - ie: 5 ways to boost readership, a secret design technique that gets sales

Give the visitor as much visible information without having to scroll down. If you can make your entire squeeze page fit one screen, that is usually much better. You don't really need such a huge book image. Your list of benefits is much more important.

Those are the designs I prefer in a squeeze page because you aren't overwhelmed by a huge headline and can see the offer easily and quickly.

PS: I'm using a small monitor (600x800) and all I see is the headline and subhead before scrolling down.

  Sorry, but far too much white space for me in the page.
  
  A lot depends on where and how you are going to advertise or promote your page. Your page loads fast, so it would work well for example, on a traffic exchange - but only if it is smaller in size.
  
  The suggestion of video or audio is good - but again moderate your page for the medium that you are going to use to display it. Audio and video can take an age to load, especially if potential customers have a slow (such as dial up) Internet connection. We all know that slow loading causes people to click away!
  
  Employ a basic but attractive page, as has been suggested, with some bullet points on the benefits of joining your list and of receiving your offer. In certain situations, don't even include the sign up box - get the click and give more details and the sign up option on another page which can be easily bookmarked.
  
  The bottom line as far as I am concerned is modify the page to fit where you intend to use it and track and test the results of your page(s).

Hi Dean,
Here you go, of course positive feedback:

1. There are no further details on how you made $XX in X days.
2. I think you don't require confirmation from the user. I entered junk email and was given access to pdf.
3. I have been wondering about the dollar bills flying off the cover, is that necessary? This is more like a question that I want to get an answer for.
4. Graphics works on the cover is great.
5. You may want to emphasize the quality and quantity of content. For example, 100 pages of pure actionable content, no fluff just stuff.

As always, never know till you test.

I agree with what others have said, alot of white space. I am on a wider screen and the cover is way off by itself and form is way on the other side. Make a table to keep it the same on most monitors.

I also agree with needing some bullets and more reasons to sign up.

actual earnings number should have a bigger font,
and the book is actually "below the eye"... if you read the text the product itself (what you want to SELL) is too far down, almost out of sight.
