Ok ..

I have been doing IM for a few months now.. i started as a clickbank affilate.. i was mainly focusing on too music products.

After a few months i thought i could actually make a site thats like this but better.. so i did and is now online and running.

I am getting around 1 sale a day, and have a limited offer so its only £9.99 down from £39.99 .. which has improved sales compared to before.. i would always miss a few days or even a week between sales.

I use articles (havent made any in a while).. wordpress blog.. digg as my main promotion tools.

I also use a double opt in aweber to build my list which gets around 5 people a day average.

What do you think i could do to get better results.

Hey J, there is actually quiet abit you can do at this point.

First, focus on things that will not cost you much money to implement and should guarantee an increase in sales. Two things that meet that criteria, are split testing your sales page and testing your price. Once you get some stats on the above you should be able to optimize your current page and traffic for more sales.

Then I would look to tap in to existing distribution channels. Which means looking for JV partners with related sites and possibly your competitors. You may also want to advertise in ezines within your market as well as on websites and forums related to your market.

Next I'd look to alternate traffic sources. Personally I lean toward paid traffic, since it's instant and more predictable and easier to optimize. If you have the money and are willing to learn about PPC this is where I'd focus. For some free traffic I'd look at video marketing, maybe using a mass video distribution site like traffic geyser.

Lastly I would try to recruit affiliates. I would put this at the top of the list but this one is not as easy to implement as the other strategies I've mentioned. On the whole this is the golden goose for alot of people and should be something you work on consistently over long haul.
