Take's a little too long for the whole thing to unfold in my opinion. I think it would lose a lot of viewer attention. Overall the design looks nice.

No offense but it seems a little mundane and pedestrian. Nothing about it really stands out.

Secondly, it seemed like it was taking forever to load. Could have been an issue with my ISP though so I'm not sure.

All in all there is nothing wrong with it but there isn't anything about it that jumps out at me and screams "CLICK ME"....

I think it looks good design-wise. (Is that a word, lol) Great job on the fluctuating text and the colors nearly work together for popping out at me. Thing is though, imagining this banner on a page with a bunch of other banners and ads, like every single site seems to be anymore, I just feel like it is too slow. By the time a visitor notices things are moving and becomes engaged, interest may fade waiting on each part of the message to come together.

I have seen flash banners that go through a whole paragraph of text line by line with only a second between each which were easy to read and pay attention to. Don't be afraid to speed them up.

Not sure the people work. Consider the image itself, is the war room like a sexy coach on the phone standing beside me? Or is the war room the suited guy sitting there while the chick calls tech support. Lol, I know it sounds silly but really, what does the picture represent? Filler?

Good design incorporates only needed and relevant graphics. It only takes a single second for a visitor to decide to click a banner or not. The image seems to only take away needed space you could use for faster text to explain your message better, or more thoroughly.

Just my .02 Best of luck!

It is a nice job if you are starting out with flash. In my opinion the contents inside should be less, the animation should be less, the moving time should be faster, you may make one part (the top or bottom half) more flashy and the other half almost still. You may refer the flash banners of Host Gator here: HostGator.com Affiliate Banner Showcase . They are very professionally done. In a page full of banners, see which one attracts you first. Anyway keep improving. You have the foundation, build a good structure. Good luck.

    Hey Marian,

I understand you're learning and experimenting, so that's cool. Here are
    my thoughts about it...

I personally don't like flash banners with moving things that distract me
from what I'm trying to read. I'm sure there's a percentage of people who
    may feel the same.

But this one, it is way too busy. For a second you have three things moving
in it, then the middle copy stops moving and is in place. lol. Then there are only
    two things moving.

I believe most people will not look at it long enough to wait for everything to
    unfold and get into place.

As others have stated, the graphic of those two people does not fit. It just
doesn't, to me. There's no connection between that and the War Room. Plus,
if someone is looking at it, with no idea what the War Room is, then I really
do not think they'll get a good idea from the copy you have.

The copy... a little hypey in my opinion. More hype than offering solid benefits.
It's also a little deceptive with the part that says, 'easy dollars.'

All of that may be totally moot if this is not for a real campaign. But still, you
will at some point make banners for real campaigns. So the points given are
    still relevant to future work.

    Hope that helps, some.

I actually really like it except for maybe the font. On first look I wanted to click it. Must be a good thing?

Movement is always good. Back when I was more into media buys I had the statistic of how much more animated ads get clicked. I believe it was something like 3%, which was huge. Don't quote me though, it's been a while.

Anyway, it's just much too slow. That's the biggest biggest thing. Too slow.

That and the copy could be improved.

    way too long.
i found best banners work for me, viewer must see them in first couple of seconds. if you want attention. have a static banner with headline flashing.
    just my opinion.
    thanks
