Flippa Rule Clarification - PLEASE HELP

Hello,

Is it against the rules to contact previous buyers who showed interest in my previous Flippa auctions (for example messaged me with questions, BUT didn't end up winning), and message them saying "I have a new auction up similar to this which you didn't win before, feel free to participate"

    Some members might consider it as spam and report you, so I would advise against it.
