What is the best way to monetize or at least service random niche leads we are getting?

We have a bunch of niche websites covering a host of products and services. From kitchen appliances to household furnishings to modern art...it's pretty spread out.

We're getting a few leads from these sites every day. Questions like, "Where can I get my washing machine repaired?" "My camera has this problem and I don't know how to fix it..." "I'd like to order the dark brown dining room table..." those kinds of things.

Unfortunately, we're not getting a ton of leads from any particular niche or site. It would be easy if I were getting 20 emails a day about fixing washing machines...but that's not the case...it's much more random than that. Because it's so random, it doesn't make sense to contact a national appliance repair shop and setup a deal where I deliver them 4 leads a month, you know?

I've thought about at least trying to collect opt-ins from these requests, but do you think having a ton of opt-in lists that are spread across so many different niches makes any sense? Should I try grouping them? (Household list, tech list, travel list, etc.?)

It seems such a shame to let these leads go to waste...I'm not even replying to them at this point and it seems like a real waste and a disservice to the end-users and I'd like to come up with a solution.

Any thoughts?

    I have that exact same problem; generating tons of leads daily that I either can't use or will go stale before being processed. If you can group them by niche, you should be able to sell them even in small quantities. I use Lead Buyer Network. There are buyers in that forum always looking for leads in nearly every niche imaginable.

    Hi - I'd group them into general lists and then try and come up with a product or offer that matches that generality. The other option is to just have one list and try generic offers (love, dating, etc.). Regards Allen

    myob - I like the idea of grouping the leads together, but taking the time to do that seems like a pain. I think, over time, as we get more and more it might make more sense. I can forward the email to a gmail address and have one of our reps run it from there. At this point, though, I think it's still probably a bit small.

    allenjohn - I like that idea somewhat...but using a lighbox or pop-up would, I think, heavily take away from my AdSense monetization...not something I'm willing to do at this point. I'm currently receiving these leads through a Contact Us page. What I could do is put the lightbox on that page only...that might make sense, right?
