How To Overcome This Outsourcing Issue

I have come across a method of IM which makes some decent money but it has required alot of my time. I am giving serious thought to finding outsourcing the work but am curious on one thing regards to scaling it up.

Why would someone who is working for me and using my system, simply not cut ties with me and start up on there own? Not an original question I know, but one that I would appreciate any feedback on.

    you can in theory sign pre contract agreements to safeguard yourself, however it can be difficult to enforce if what you're doing is not unique (or copywrited etc). If its start IM stuff then thats no secret, you cant stop people going off and doing their own marketing.

    there are people that are service providers and those that are simply comfortable being employees. You will find many VAs in the likes of the phillipines etc get so much more money working as VAs and its easier than setting off on there own.

    If you have something unique get it registered, get NDAs & Pre contract agreements signed to help safeguard you.
