Fiverr working?

Hey guys,

Can you access your PM's on fiverr? I mean, when i'm trying to read a conversation, i'm just transferred to http:// www.fiverr.com/conversations

I can't send PM's and can't read them. I'm afraid to ask Fiverr, because i was sending PM's to visitors promoting my gig (i was not spamming and sending only to those, who might be interested).

    Just ask them, don't be afraid. And don't promote your gig via PM's.

      When i was reading the TOS, i didn't find any line like "don't promote your gigs via PM's". Their main rule is:

      Posting or sending adult, illegal, rude, abusive, improper, copyright protected, promotional, spam, violent, nonsense or any uncool stuff is strictly prohibited. Doing so will get your account blocked permanently.

      I figured they meant you can't promote websites, but in the last PM, i could open, a lady told me that you can't promote your gigs.

    The PMs work fine for me. Could be a problem with your browser.

      Nah, tried with 3 different browsers (Chrome, Mozilla, IE) and a different PC. Still nothing

    Works fine for me.
    Maybe they suspended this function for you for a while due to the PMs.
    I would ask them. What's the worst that could happen? They can't suspend you from sending PMs as you already can't. You have nothing to lose by asking.

    ya fiverr will not able to send pm's to different user's if you already send aprox 30 to 40 pm's to the user's with your email and promoting gig..??

    In my experience, fiverr often has server issues, site glitches, bugs, etc. But they ARE still in "beta" after all, aren't they?
