Do You Trust Clickbanks Tracking?

Ok I know this topic has been coming up often but im really starting to wonder about clickbank. My account simply goes through streaks of no sales lately when nothing traffic wise has changed.

I use to have steady income coming in with clickbank everyday but in the last say 3-6 months its been buggy. I think im going to contact the affiliate department of the products im selling and seeing if they have an alternative affiliate program. Is it wise to go around Clickbank or should I just continue to use them?

Im not trying to complain but I noticed this many months back and thought it weas a bug that would go away. But I feel like im losing alot of money here.

I have yet to experience this.. BUT.. if you find one, then maybe you would be wise to find a replacement product in place of that merchants?..

In my experience, when a merchant takes the time to add an additional affiliate management system to their product range.. they usually do it quite well.. otherwise they could have just stuck with CB?...

    Corey,

You are not the only person in this forum that thinks that ClickBank's tracking is not working properly. I personally think so too.

It has been an issue in the past few weeks and that is why I decided to take off any type of clickbank links from my sites.

And you know what the weird part is?

Some people keep telling me that they are making money with CB.

I KNOW that CB has tracking issues....

      BUT..

I am still making money with them in some areas...and not in others, so I replaced the problem products.

Fail fast, test fast.. make necessary changes..

the problem is I cannot replace the product. Its hard enough for me to find a product I feel good about promoting in a niche. So the affiliate has to have an alternative affiliate program or im stick with clickbank.

Did you notice an increase in sales once you switched from clickbank?

        On many products, yes...

Some of them no.. but I have kept my overall sales in the same level by changing some products and moving around other sites to suit different products etc..

Some of Clickbank doesn't seem to have any issues whilst other areas are shot to pieces..

Folks will also a vast difference in the number of clicks Googe shows in their adwords click tracking and what a merchant tracking will show.

A while back I promoted and tested a Yoga merchant that had their own tracking-"Big difference".

I don't understand that at all.
