Membership sites and a niche
I want to get some opinions here from those who run membership based sites. (or have in the past)
Imagine this is a low priced membership site. Like $10 a month.
Say the niche you are going to target is weight loss. Would you build a broad membership site that covers all different areas of weight loss?
Or would you narrow the market down and build the site to focus on just say women who want to lose that extra baby weight?
And based on the 2 choices above would you say that going broad or narrowed down all depends on the particular market? Or do you think it is always better to go with one over the other? If so, why?
