Has Anyone Ever Actually USED Wibiya Toolbar On A Website/Blog?

I first noticed this particular toolbar a few months ago, and I admit I was a bit impressed with it, but for some reason or another I forgot all about it. Until today, that is, when I ran across it on 3 different sites. So I finally went and read about it on their website:

Free Web Toolbar | Wibiya

I found a handful of references to it here on the forum, but never anything more than just a mention.

Has anyone actually used it that could give me/us some indication of how well it worked for you, if at all?

I have to admit, I'm not a fan of toolbars in the least, but this thing actually looks to me like it might have some potential.

If no one has actually tried it yet, then I'll go ahead and download the free version for now, install it on a blog or 10 and see what happens, and then report the results back here.

I agree, it looks nice... but I'm not a huge fan of toolbars. They just seem a little overkill. I've stuck with SexyBookmarks and have a few shares on some of my new sites because makes it real easy.

But if anyone has test results with this I'm sure there are a few interested folks

I like Sexy Bookmarks, too, that's what I'm using at the moment, but this toolbar has a whole lot of options. Apps, ad intregration and tracking, chat, social bookmarking, who's online, site news, translation and a lot more, too. Plus, it's much smaller than most, and you can also hide it if you find it intrusive.

I never thought I would say this about a toolbar, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to give this one a go and see what happens. I'll definitely post back with the results after I complete testing.

I would really like to hear first from someone that has actually used it, though. It seems to be getting very popular already, so I can't believe that a Warrior hasn't picked up on this yet. Unless they are doing so well with it they don't want anyone else to know about it.

I used their toolbar on one of my ecommerce websites, there were quite a few complaints about it from my regular customers so I ended removing it.

I liked it but my customers thought it was annoying

Annoying as in they just didn't like it? Or annoying as in it was causing problems of some sort for them?

Technically my sites are e-commerce, as well, but most of them I set up as blogs, so I'm not sure if it would be so annoying for them (unless it causes actual problems, of course). I'm thinking it might be a good community builder, which may help improve site stickiness.
