Hi xoomprince, first welcome onboard, secondly, I think your question is kind of broad and actually depending on you how to uncover the niche of your choice. For me, the first place to start is always start from within ie ask yourself what is your interest/hobby etc... and get on from there...

For example, if you are into gaming niche, the sub-niche could be :
    1. develop the game yourself
    2. selling the games/game consoles
    3. proviede the cheat sheet for the games etc...

    Hope that the above helps.

    Cheers.

One way I find subniches is by repeating the MAGIC word which is "specifically" to myself over and over.

Example: Lets say Im in the Yoga Niche And I want to find a subniche

    I would say "Yoga...what specifically?"
Then I might get things like...

    1. Yoga For Stress
    2. Yoga Poses
    3. Types of Yoga
    4. Prenatal Yoga
    5. etc...

With those sub niches, I might want to go deeper by picking one of them and repeating the process.

eg. Sub Niche - Yoga Poses
    1. Bikram
    2. Ashtanga
    3. Power
    4. etc..

So instead of being in the YOGA niche, I might want to focus on just Bikram Yoga initially, then once I've dominated that subniche, expand by repeating with another type like Ashtanga, or maybe trying yoga for stress relief etc...

    Hope this helps

In addition, to what grimace mention try matching the "who" with the "what". Match who will be using (target market) with what you are offering. Also include demographics.

though i would wonder why you want a micro niche? a niche by definition is a fairly small area, which means manageable volumes and competition, if you go too tight its hardly worthwhile trying to dominate it, as you want have the prospect numbers to make it worthwhile.
