I can't say which IM product I took this screenshot of, but it's unbelievable.

At the bottom of the page, (right under the sales video) there is about a paragraph of small text.

The first two lines read (and the first line is all well and good but the next line...lmfao)

  It's one thing to give an income disclosure, it's another thing entirely to say 99.9% of people will fail IMHO.

The funny this is I think a statistic like "99.9%" is made up, but maybe it's to be as compliant as possible to protect themselves?

  A such statement is required by the FTC when you show testimonial. Just saying this result is not typical is not enough. Now, you have to say what is the average results (of course they want documentation ) even tho it sucks.
