Help with Pre-Sell Clickbank Page for Specific Product

Hey Warriors, I am back, with another specific question.

I will be mass-promoting a specific product from ClickBank. I will be promoting the product to a list that is one-time opt-in, and also through organic SEO. I want to develop a pre-sell site so that I can send people to it, and then they can somehow make their purchase through it. This way I may be able to sell the site later on down the road.

What is the best method of doing this? Do I setup a single product review site? Do I setup an informational blog about the topic? Do I setup an opt-in for free bonus squeeze page with video and then direct them into my clickbank affiliate site? What is the best way to do this. Now remember, I am doing both e-mail promotion and organic SEO, and I want a pre-sell website that can cater to both. The objective is, obviously, to convert... I want to push them through and get them to the clickbank product, collecting them as a double opt-in for an additional list would be great, don't mind giving away the bonus either, but I am not sure if that will be effective to actually get them to close on a clickbank product at that time.

Thanks, and any help will be given thanks! Also, if anyone does some coaching in the clickbank field, I am financially stable and willing to pay for the assistance if you are a seasoned vet with a solid reputation, and you won't give it to me for free. haha!

There isn't one "best way" to do this.

Different people do it in different ways, according to their own skill-set, interests, the demographic they're trying to attract, the niche involved, and their own previous testing results.

We can all recommend the methods that have worked best for us, but that doesn't mean they'll be the best ones for you.

Both of those are good, proven ways, which can work very well.

For myself, that would be one way I wouldn't look at, at all, because of my own previous test-results. But I know there are other people doing that. I don't know how successful they are, though.

No great problem combining those two traffic sources, I think? you might want to stay away from a pure squeeze-page, perhaps - that's all?

Not quite sure what you mean by "at that time".

I always give people, effectively, a choice of "time". Some will see my landing page and niche site and buy immediately, without even opting in. Some will opt in but buy nothing, and I'll sell to them more slowly by email. Personally, I would always want to be "covered for both".
