Default How I Reduce Spam Complaint

Hey all..

This is something I learned from the Bum Marketing master, Travis Sago. Just thought you guys might be interested.

I have a emall list collected through aweber opt in form. Did split test on 2 broadcast emails to my list

#1 is the normal promo email .
#2 is exactly the same with #1, but with following opening paragraph:

"Want to unsubscribe? Just scroll down and click the ubsubscribe link".

#1 - 0.46% Spam Complaint
#2. - 0 complaint

I think that is a good idea to have this near the top, rather than at the bottom. Good tip.

Great tip.. thanks for sharing. Unsubscribing has not been my main problem but opt-in confirmation, which I solved by creating a video on the opt-in confirmation page that gives clear instructions on what to do next.
