Disclaimers - Use or Get sued, right?

Before the release of my eBook, I find myself fretting over my disclaimer. I have no desire to get sued, but I do not want people to reach for the refund email address. So is it water-tight?:

What do you think? Also, should I out an email address for refunds in the eBook?

Thanks!
