Running An Ecommerce Business? Tips?

I am not sure of any good WSO for a ecommerce business, but I might be able to give you a little help on how I run my ecommerce store.

I installed Opencart(free ecommerce cart) on my website and started to upload products. My dropshipper provided the descriptions and pictures so I pretty much copy and pasted the info. I then set up my payments to be setup through paypal. Once the customer orders a product I get a notification and I log into paypal to collect the money. I then log onto my distributors website and order the product(s) for my customer with their shipping address. And I do it all over the next day for other customers. It's actually very nice once you have all your products uploaded, that's the only part I don't like doing. I think doing drop shipping is great because I have have 0 product! I do not need to pay for an item until the customer wants it.
