Would you be Mad as Hell I Someone Used all your Domains to

Would you be mad as hell if someone used your domain names without your permission to Promote they're service that wasn't in any way related to your domain names?

Making this as short as possible.

I think if I did this to them they would be mad as hell but I wanna know what you think!

I run across a place I want to try my domains with that tells me my names should do great and that we can make a lot of cash so I move around 1600 names to there monetization service hoping for something better than what I've been seeing.

So I wait a few days and look at google to see the title and description. This is what I see but replace YourDomain.com with my domain.

one link in google that says:
YourDomain.com - chatrpad
wwwYourDomain.com/chatrpad.php

2nd link I found says:

YourDomain.com: The Best Search Links on the Net
Check out the chatrpad for YourDomain.com

So one link is an actual link with my name on it to they're product which is ChatrPad and neither link displays any info about the products relating to my domain name.

Here's one domain as an example Jettub.net and here's all I can find on ChatrPad Chatrpad | Fusible.com

So is this is definetly leaving a footprint relating they're service to my domain names? Here's a google link to pages and pages of this crap promoting they're service on others domain names without permission.
chatrpad - Google Search

Here's a link to many many pages of names they've done this to.. http://www.google.com/search?client=...UTF-8&oe=UTF-8

What do you think people would think if you did something like this to them and what do you think about this ChatrPad thing?

Forgive me for being blunt, but what the hell were you thinking when you moved 1600 domain names to a service you had no experience with?

Can you back out of the deal and eventually let the listings disappear?

You got conned because you got greedy, pure and simple. It might prove to be a very expensive education. If you really want to know who you should be "mad as Hell" at, look in the mirror.

I wish you luck getting out of this mess.

Someone w/ 1600 domains should have known better...

But it appears to me they are doing what they said. So what's the problem?

To JohnMcCabe It's not greed. I was simply trying out a service I learned about on the home page of DnJournal about a person that appeared on the tv show Secrete Millionaire that sold advertisement.com for like $300 million and has a domain monetization platform and web building service backed by another legendary icon in the domain industry. Greed? where'd you get that from? for trying a new service I'm greedy? Wow unbelievable, and thanks a lot.

I don't know Garrie, if you don't see the problem then there's not much more I can do to show you.

I shouldn't have known better. If you directed your domains to me after I showed you examples like handyman.com and silver.com and did that to you, would you then believe me if I told you I'm doing what I said I told you I was going to do? And then ask you, What's the problem?

You didn't tell that in the OP. Perphaps you should be more clear next time.

Gary I apologize if I fired back a little strong. That google link I gave you in the first post with the pages of domains, if you actually click on any of the names in google you will just see a yellow note pad looking site with some having writing on them. That has peoples domains attached with it. Anyone can write anything on there at times. The ones on my names were live and could be written on as those were at one time, those now seem to be dead and cannot be written on.

Looks as if he had an idea that may have had potential but appears it was rolled out to early. Someone would have to govern what people write and the domain would have to stay connected to get credit. All the ones on those google pages appear to have been disconnected from the actual domain name.

Funny how things can change with additional information. In the OP, all you said was that you threw 1600 domains to a guy who promised to make you more money than you were making now. Being a tad on the conservative side, I'd have never gone all in without a test first. My point about greed was that you jumped all in based on a promise.

Your OP sounded like you were eager to cash in and wanted to believe what the other party told you.

Nothing personal, just sounded like a pretty rash action. Still does.

Well I hate to pile on but there is no way I would have given anybody control of 1600 domains just because they showed me a few examples. You need to turn the skepticism level up a bit and ease into things instead of jumping in with both feet.

All of us (I have for sure) tried things that have not worked out as planned. It happens all the time the key is to learn from those mistakes and not make the same ones more than once. All you are doing when you make an error in judgment is learning how not to do it next time. I have had a partner clear me out for 50k and an ex-wife cost me a lot more than that. I learned my lesson, have not had a partner or a wife since.

As mad as you probably are about the deal it really does not do you any good. Pick up the pieces and go forward a little slower next time.

Now that you realize you are not getting what you planed is there anything keeping you from taking back control of your domains and getting back on course?

That reminds me of a Ben Franklin quote...

"A cat that sits on a hot stove once will never do it again. Nor will she ever sit on a cold stove."
