Selling MRR- Are a 'Limited' amount of Rights worth more, than 'unlimited? (eg ONLY 20 available?)

When offering rights to products, (say $60 for it, MRR),
if you limit your MRR offer to just 20 copies Only of this product with MRR, then after 20 have been sold, the deal closes.
Is it usual to charge more for this? As they are limited?
so not $60, then what would the price typically be? for these 20? (or even 50 copies for example)
and would this be considered as 'exclusivity' ?
