Those Google News Feeds at top of Listings

Does anyone use a specific site or news feed to get their articles or news updates that are listed at the top of Google results? They usually list 3 news stories and they all seem like online 'Newspapers'(some look bogus to me) yet the stories and updates are picked up by Google and posted within hours of their release.

Any tips would be much appreciated.

    You have to create a news site and submit it to Google News for approval.
