How do you put an outside link on a Youtube video?

If you watch this video from youtube, you'll see that there are links on the video that link to a website outside of youtube. How are they doing this? And is it possible for anyone?

    Yeah, I can do it and I can do it for free. Give me a dollar and I'll tell ya how.

    Just kidding, check out a free service called Linkedtube. You can do this to your youtube videos. However, this will only work on youtube videos that are on sites outside of the actual Youtube site, like on your blog for example. It's really easy to use.     You can use services like above, or you can use YouTube internal promote video option. You then get to place ads on video like Adwords setup etc.

    You will then pay to advertise. If you want free links, the only way I know of to do this right now is to place your website address as the beginning of the comments section when you upload your video.. This will hyperlink direct to your site.

    An example is on our plugin video at YouTube. You will see the link to the site under the video itself youtube.com/watch?v=RBkg4yWTeSQ
