Making a Video as a non native English speaker

Hello all fellow warriors,

I'm making a video tutorial that I will be giving away for free in exchange for an email.

However I found it a bit more difficult then I thought.

You see I speak dutch and even dough my English is more then ok I find myself dooing a lot of eeeeuhming and eeeuh and also there is an accent.

So I think everyone will understand but I would like to know if this would annoy native English speakers?

As a native English speaker, I love a Dutch accent! As long as you can be understood, the accent shouldn't be a problem. Get an English speaker to have a listen before you use the video, if you're really concerned.

    Hey Timmy,

As a a voiceover artiste, I've had a few people ask me about recording videos on their behalf, but as long as you speak slowly and clearly you should be fine!

To be honest, I've seen some APPAULING videos done by people with various different accents, which are barely understandable... so I doubt it will be too bad!

    Best of luck!

As long as people can understand, i wouldnt worry too much. Great suggestion of asking a native english speaker to watch the video first and feedback to you.

You could also send the information over to somebody on fiver to make it for you, or just do the audio i guess too.
