Domain Acquisition Help

I have found a domain that I want to acquire, but it has already been registered. The domain looks to be parked. I checked to see who the owner is, but there is no Whois info for it. How would I go about trying to contact the owner and purchasing it? Should I use a domain brokering service like godaddy's? Any other ideas? Thanks in advance!

Is the Whois a "private registration" ? Also, on the parked page, is there any link that says click here to buy this domain?

If you want to expend money go ahead but, be ready because most like it will be a lot.
Always there's a way around the domain using synonymous, phrasing it
differently or simply using an other TLD.

As in there are literally no WHOIS contacts on it? Without revealing the actual
domain itself, can you perhaps post here a copy of any WHOIS results you are
    getting?

If the domain is using a WHOIS privacy service, check with the one offering it
(especially if it's the registrar itself) if it will forward any email sent to it to the
    actual one.

      It simply states:

"The whois server for this domain did not return a valid record."

There is also no buy it now link.

If the domain owners information is classified, you'll have to contact the registrar. But i've bought several domains by contacting the owner directly. You can negotiate better when you're talking to them, rather than using a broker.
