Got to $300 per month, Now What?

donations? some charity site? You know you remind of myself in many ways.. i also earned with one website some decent amounts of money, some times even couple of hundreds a day and i thought that what i could do to earn more - nothing. Well, you can do a whole lot more and you should, it isn't that difficult when you get into it..

Well I don't know if most warriors agree but If that was me, I would flip a website that makes $300/M then the $5000 or so that I get, I invest further in creating more website of the sort. I will outsource like 10 websites created, SEOd and if each brings $300 a month I will have like $3000/M from these websites.
Outsourcing can be dirt cheap if you know what you are doing.
Thats just what I would do.

Thats just what I would do.

I feel (and I could be wrong) that the only reason that I was able to get even to this point is because I created a quality/authoritative website. People link to it and recommend it to others.I don't know if I could get cheap outsources to do something like that. And good ones will cost at leats $5000 for one site, but than I will be at same place where I started.

I think it is too early for you to outsource or try to expand to quickly. First you have to learn how to make profitable sites and choose good keywords. I recommend that you start by making one new site. You will see this one will raise quicker from what you have learned. however without knowing what you have done so far it is hard to give more precise advice

What I did, was write tons of quality content. Choose few keywords that I could rank for on first page of google, and build links to get me there. In my site a recommend an affiliate product that I've used, which makes about 70% of my income.

Assuming that it is the site in your sig you could likely do a lot to increase revenue from that before starting a new site, Add book reviews, create some products to sell on it, promote other peoples products to a larger degree. Too much ads are not good but I think you could monotize it further without it loosing credibility.

I seem to be following everything I learned here, though. Write content, rank on google, suggest products.... May be I should change from that model into product creation? That is the only other thing I can think of.

Ah so now we get to the source of part of the problem. Mindset. I have a great video I think I have posted this in a couple of places so far, but this really fits here. You need a mindset for the follow through. You need to get to the point that you can see yourself making that $3000 a month.

Okay so let's assume that the site that is making you money is the one in your signature. I am agree that you might be able to find a book or two to review or maybe partner with a rehab.

But let's also look at this. It is the porn industry that makes all the money. Yes there many that want help to quit. And what you do is much needed. I will not get into the stats. But that is not the problem. There is not many people looking for products to buy in that area.

So is there another interest that you have that makes more money. Something that has a more people are ready to buy attitude when they start searching for those keywords. Just a thought. You have done great things with what you have.

Now I would try a new niche. Or you could take a page out of Frank Kern and copy your site. Or where you assume a new pen name and become your own competition. Create another site that is about the same thing. Just write it with a different voice/ style. Just a thought.

Now reason to give up. You have finally gotten to the good part. Take a step back. Think outside the box. The answer is there.

All I really have to say is you shouldn't give up if you have already gotten this far. Obviously you know how to make $ online so use whatever method works the best and go with that. That is your best bet.

You have already made more progress then most people in the IM world will ever make. Most people try it out, fail, and quit. You didn't. You consistently make $300 per month, you can do better and I think you know it. Get a pen and paper and sit down and start jotting down ideas on how you can make MORE money from your CURRENT website. Come up with a solid list and then rank the items on your list (#1.. #2.. etc) and start implementing. If idea #1 fails move on to idea #2, and so on. Just TEST different things until you find what works BEST for you. Don't give up man, you have too much time into this to quit. Pick your chin up and attack it head on.

Hell yeah, I was Army from 04-09 - still on IRR. Even more reason you shouldn't be quitting bro, as I'm sure you know what it feels like when every part of you wants to quit but you just know quitting is not an option. Well, this looks a bit counter-intuitive but...
Why not create your own membership site/product and partner with a poЯn company? Partner with BangBros or somebody else big and sell that product.
It makes them look responsible (main benefit for them) and you get sales.
Besides, you can expand your niche to "quit porn get a girl" and partner with dating guys.

Have you tested putting a large adsense bar on the top above your header, and one medium banner over your article title, or a big square top left inside your article? Might get you some good results.

You should test some alternatives to ad placement, and ad colors to see what convert best. If you can tripple your CTR on adsense you will reac 360 pretty fast.

Be carefull with the sites promoting aff products though as you do not want to waste those visitors at a lover income.

Hi feedtherightwolf, I have the same condition as you are. Here is what I try to do:
1. Invest the money to buy sites which is already making money. The site needs to be auto pilot too. With $300 you can buy websites that makes $30 per month. It’s not as easy as it look. I’m working on this method and haven’t found any website that I can buy, either it is too expensive or does not qualify my criteria.
2. Optimize current sites. Add more articles, do more keyword search. Observe your traffic source from Google. Do have already have an article about it?
3. Add Amazon links on your articles.

I would keep the site and just put more money back into it. Leverage what you already have and increase the earnings per month

In summary, I am lost at this point in my IM career.

It's nice to read about your earnings, you think is not that much but most of people don't have your success online...you should be proud of your earnings! Even if are "only" $300 per month...
The next step in my opinion is to create your own product and sell it as WSO and in ClickRaffle which is becoming one of the most visited website of internet, if you visit it you can get why by yourself...

Well what you have in your favor is that you know what you are doing works. So what you need to do is scale it up now. You may have heard that before, but that's because it's true.
If you have a couple of sites making that money, build a few more. Just keep building it up.
