How many subcribers to make FIRST income?

I think, for how much is relative. more subscribers, is better. However, whether they are true to your target customer?, whether they do need your product?. How do you convince is something more important?

Hi if you have 500 subscribers and you built a good relationship with them then you can make 5 to 10 sales.

When i first had my 2000 subscribers i built a good relationship with them giving away free gifts and if i promote a offer to them what i do is that i buy the product first see if i made money and if i did make money then that is when i will promote that product to them because if it worked for me then it will work for them thats if they dont take short cuts hope this helps

Remember you need them to trust you build trust make them make money and in return they will help you make money by buying from you

First of all, you need to know that your RELATIONSHIP with your list is what matters most.

You need to consistently giving out VALUE to them to build it overtime.

Be careful not to overly spam them with your affiliate link because trust takes years to develop and will take just one minute to destroy.

Here's the things that you should NOT do:
1. Sending out offers just because you want to promote an affiliate product that pays high commission.
2. Not communicating frequently. At the very least once or twice a week should be fine with most people.

And here are cool things that you can do:
1. Give great value: tips, hints, tricks, top 10 mistakes, top 10 to do list, etc. to your subscriber. This will make them happy being on your list.
2. Promote product that you ABSOLUTELY sure will help them. You do this even though the product pays small commission or does not convert well, it does not matter. When you put their interest above your own magic will start to happen.

There's no particular amount of subscribers you need to start making money. You might get a sale from mailing to your first subscriber, and likewise, you may need 100 subscribers to get your first sale.

The quality of the subscribers is also very important. What are you doing to get them to subscribe? If you are offering something for free, which isn't necessarily wrong, you may end up with a lot of freeloaders who seldom, if ever, buy anything. As others have also said, you may just need to spend some time building trust and friendships. Best wishes in your pursuit of your dreams.

Like most people have said, you can get a sale from one subscriber. But you need that subscriber to be reading your email. You need to offer huge value because there are so many lists out there. You could offer free gifts - now these don't have to be big, you can even use PLR for them which is a quick cheap way to do it. Where are your subscribers from? What language are you writing in. You have to be aware of the culture of different countries which you probably know. I have just gotten back to Australia from 3 months in Thailand where business is different and Face is important. Here in Australia not so much.

As mentioned above, there is no particular number of subscribers. It all boils down to the quality of those subscribers, how much of a rapport you have with them and also the quality of the products in which you promote and how you portray those products (promotion).

Some people make more money from 500 subscribers than others do with 20K+ subscribers.

Don't depend on how many subs you have, the money is in the targeting of those subs & how well they respond, if i were to have 500 unresponsive subs taking up my subscriber space then i would delete them & try and target new ones.

p.s you can make money even with 1 sub to start with, and make no money with a list of 100k also. Its a numbers game true, but its a target game first.
