Top "Gotta Buy This" for Newbies?

I checked out the top freebies, both the new thread and long-standing one. They have some awesome stuff I am going to go take a look at.
But there are so many ads out there for software, aps, services, etc., that cost anywhere from .99 up. Are there any fairly low cost ones that you think are absolute "you've gotta buy this" items that a newbie should consider? (Preferably not one you are selling! )

    I have Matt Carters Rapid Profit Formula and its honestly amazing. He takes you by the hand and walks you through each step from setting up your domain to a really good SEO section. He provides a free theme which he uses himself which is very sleek. He even shows you some of his sites that are doing particularly well and his view is that you can just copy them to suit your niche. Its really newbie friendly and worth every penny.

    Nothing. You can get almost all of the information you need for free on forums and from learning yourself. Services are great, but aside from content generation, you're better off doing it yourself when you start so that you can more fully learn about your niche's presence on the web, your competition, and so-on.
