    There are warriors on the forum that offer va services, you can use bestjobs and other phillipino jobs boards or craigslist

    The cost depends on their skill level, whether they are full time/part time etc. Go on the jobs boards and do some research for the cost of people with the skills you are looking for. You should also add in the 13th month pay to your budget (Phillipinos traditionally get at the end of 12 months service one month pay).

    If you want a review that people will read and want to buy from, don't outsource to another country. You will have a much better chance at getting something worth reading if you outsource it to someone on here or even fiverr.

    If you just need filler content to keep google happy, then you can outsource it without worry.

    Just my opinion.
