Is there perhaps a WP plugin that enables me to have a section at the top of my blog with text that stays there? Like....a permanent post at the top and then every other post that I make over time going below the permanent top post?

If that makes any sense, lol (sry)...is there a plugin out there for this? Could I get any links or maybe a name perhaps?

Thanks a bunch, as always!

When you go to post, there is a "publish" box on the right hand side. It's right above the "update" or "publish" button depending if you want to do this to a new post or one already published. Down under where it says "status" there is a "visibility" button or link you can click on. When you click on that, it will open another menu below it. Below Where it says "Public" or whatever, there is a box you can check that says "stick this post to the front page." That's the easiest way to to that.
