Where can I find outsourcers?

For a long time I have been using Elance and Guru, which both are great when you need talented people. However, I would like some site-suggestions for outsourcing sites where I can find people which is cheap.

I need someone who can:
  • Comment on YouTube videos
  • Comment on blogs
  • .. that kind of things

I do not expect to put up more than 3-4$ an hour, as this should be something which does not require a lot of knowledge.

Which site should I use to find these kind of people? :-)

    oDesk.com and Onlinejobs.ph there are many people who are looking for a job online. Im one of them! I am an SEO expert. oDesk rate will depends on the outsourcer if how much he will put on his rate like 1-3 usd. On the Online jobm you can post your message there and you will have option if you can negotiate with him or you can directly put there your offer like 300 usd a month, 2$/hour or 1.75$

    FirstPageWebSearch.com, I believe they have a Warrior Special Offer floating around as well that offers you a free 1-2 hour trail if you are a Warrior. They have web design va's, seo/promotion va's, and copywriting va's. I hope this helps!

    There are heaps of micro employee/work sites. Freelancer.com, ODesk, Fiverr, etc... Amazon.com also has a micro employee website but I can't remember what it's called right now.
