For example i need customers who are interested in my product, how can i build it quickly on targeted niche?

  I would say Email Marketing is the fastest way to generate quick traffic for free. If you have your own list you can always bring traffic to your site on demand.

You can use paid advertising to capture leads.

You will need a good funnel and email series in order to make the numbers work for you, but it's definetely possible and can help you build a solid, long-term business.

Facebook ads, Google AdWords, PoF, media buys, PPV... practically any ad platform or advertising model can be used for list building, you just need to have the right information and a budget for testing.

  You could do this several ways
  
  Create a targeted Twitter account and Facebook account and gain followers related to your niche this way first.
  
  Then drive traffic with your social media pages to a squeeze page with an opt-in box that will sign them up to your email list. Have a quality free offer to give them in exchange for their name and email (this will get them signed up to your list (using an autoresponder account)
  
  Could also do the same traffic strategy pointing to your squeeze page using FB ads (you can target your ads to be very niche specific) and even have the opt-in box on your Fan Welcome Page
