Integrating shopping cart and my own affiliate program

I have been doing some research into the best shopping cart that is integrated with one that I can also use for my own affiliate program. So far, I think I like Ejunkie the best. However, it appears that I would still be the one responsible for paying my affiliates. Does anyone know of an affiliate program (besides Clickbank) that pays your affiliates for you? I am looking for something that is affordable, but yet makes it more hands-off for me while still ensuring my affiliates get paid.
Thanks for the help.

If you're looking for a "hands-off" approach, you're only setting yourself up for failure. Truth is, if you're even going to bother working with affiliates, you're going to want to be extremely proactive regarding commissions you're paying.

Nothing in business is easy and taking the easy road will cause you to lose out on valuable experience as a marketer.

It's my humble opinion, that as a marketer, I want my finger on the pulse of my business. That's the only way you can build a successful model.

It's the old adage of "putting the cart before the horse" ~ do that and you're going to end up walking backwards. As a business owner, you need to remain aware of all facets of your production, sales and marketing.

My advice is to hire a reputable coder and have them build a tailored solution for your product. Sure, the upfront expense seems steep but over time, if your product really catches on and sells, you'll be better off for taking that critical first step.

Anyone who knows me knows that I don't take the easy way out on anything. I take pride in my work, and I work hard at what I do, and all I'm asking for is information to make the paying of the affiliates more hands-off to free up time to work on other aspects of my business. I know that I need to be in contact with affiliates and provide them the support as it's a win-win situation for all. So back to my question - does anyone know of any programs where the software program determines and pays the commissions owing to affiliates or do all programs require that you do the manual calculations and payments yourself (other than Clickbank, of course)? Thanks all.
