Where to get Disclaimer for my website?

Hello Warriors,

I don't know what to write in disclaimer and Privacy Policy for my affiliate review website.
What to put there?:confused:

I have many ebooks with disclaimers
Is it okay to put that disclaimer changing the word 'ebook' with 'website'?

Do you think it is a good idea?

Suggestions invited please.

This what found in Google. I may not give the exact details but I give an idea.
This page is now serving as my Terms of Use, Earnings Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and essentially Full Disclosure. I tried to write it in “worst case scenario” language, without sounding like a cereal box on the shelf of some lawyer in Sue-Ville, USA.

  IANAL, but most of this is pretty standard boilerplate. You can get the basic ideas from almost any e-book (or website). The primary difference is you want to do a little CYA with an e-book, while your visitors and subscribers want some assurance from you about the terms of service and what you're doing to protect THEIR privacy; so they are not as interchangeable as you might think WP does an especially good job for webpages, IMO.
  
  However you go about it, make sure it covers what the search engines and the federales like!
