Niche Keywords

Hi guys, I found a a very low competitive niche with with just about 7,000 Local monthly Searches.

Please advise, does it worth it?

    Did you find this keyword via the Google Keyword Tool? Here are a couple of questions:

    1. Did you make sure to use EXACT match?
    2. What's the estimated cpc?
    3. Is the green bar for Advertiser competition more than half full?
    4. Is it a "buying" keyword?
    4. Is the keyword logical?
    (What I mean by logical is this...a keyword like "blue running shoes" makes sense, whereas a keyword like "blues shoes runnings" or "running running shoes" does not. You'll find some weird KW's like that using only GKT)
    5. Does the first page of Google look like reasonable competition?

    If the answers to the above are positive, it sounds like a good find!

      Its exact keywords match, With the free tool used, cant determine the cpc, and no its lowcompetition and indicating.

      Hmmn, its a service keyword, my intent is to monetize using adsense and one or two out of the box thinking strategy.

    7000 is decent. i would develop a site on a 7k keyword. i usually go for 20-30k+ but Ive gone as low as 1000 for the right KW.
