I'm curious to know what you think is the best way for a newbie to start making money online if he doesn't have a list or a product. You're feedback will be much appreciated. Thanks! YPM

A good way to start out is by offering services. I've started to offer services as proofreading and writing articles. Made money within a day of doing it. It's a good way to get your name out there and make contacts. It also requires zero investment (so far), so any funds you do get you could reinvest in other ventures.

Offering a service will get you money the quickest but you want to be sure you still decide on a plan for passive income via affiliate marketing or some other business model. Get some seed money from offering a service if you don't already have some so you will be able to pay for hosting, domains, and any other expenses.

    YPM,

Start with Google Adsense and use blogger.com as you blog platform. Focus on getting traffic to your niche blog. You can start with almost wihout capital.

Why Adsense? it's because you don't have a product and you don't have to sell anything. just bring traffic and earn per click.

Now if you manage to bring traffic and get good adsense click, you might want to try affiliate marketing which earn you per commission.

    Lets begin :-)

Dude honestly let me not burst your bubble but this is the worst thing you can do as a newbie starting out...please leave adsense along, waste of time and money....

Start building subscriber list, customer list this will be your business assets and that is where the money is not bloody adsense...please

There are a lot of not so bad blueprints posted here use the search feature, the time you spend trying to build adsense site and driving traffic you might as well start out with affiliate marketing...promote other proples products for commissions...

        David,

I'm not sharing my opinion base on theory. I did that myself. I start with Adsense and gradually build my own list and product.

Some people are scared enough to spend money and don't have much knowledge. Yes they can start with affiliate marketing but when they see no conversion, they begin to fade up and quit.

But at least with Adsense, you still see your earning per click regardless the visitor buy the product or not.

        Start small and grow bigger.

        Just my opinion.

That is a very popular question across the forum. There are several methods to earn money. Most common is Affiliate Marketin and using of PPC programs. But you can write a book and sell it at the internet. You can also sale your local handicraft products as well.

I believe everyone eventually finds which way they want to earn money online - other people can give you a method but it may not necessarily be something that works for you or even something you like.

Personally, I started by offering writing services. That kept the cash flowing nicely, and indirectly through the work I was doing I learnt more about internet marketing and ways to make money. That way you get paid while you're learning
