Facebook Fan Page Not Converting

Hi Warriors

I launched my Facebook fan page at Offline Cash Secrets | Facebook
a few days ago and have been driving traffic to it using various methods but at the moment it is only converting at about 0.2% for 'likes' or sign ups.

Be grateful if you could take a look and critique the landing page. All feedback welcome.

    I can't view your page since I use the FB secure connection. Is that normal for most fan pages? I honestly don't know.

    I can see your wall and info, but not the landing page.

      It is a very nice looking page. But as for myself I would not click like as your offer does not interest me. I only click like on pages that interest me.

      Hank is correct, what ever platform you are using does not follow FB guidelines and they (FB) will have a cut off date soon (can't recall when) when your page may not work at all.

      So you need to use a reliable fanpage building system/platform which can keep up with the chnages presented by FB.

        Speaking of changes will a fan page made with fbml quit working at some point? Do I need to convert it to Iframe?

          Your page is clean. The design is tight. You might try your call to action higher up on the page. On my monitor, the signup form is in the second page down. And there is no reason given to like the page.

          It is also possible that people on Facebook don't want this kind of product. I don't know that, but if you have this on your own site as well, you could drive the traffic there instead of to Facebook.

    Try to keep in mind, Neil, that you're targeting one of the most competetive markets on the Internet. If you want to increase your conversion you need to be REALLY compelling in that niche.

    I have looked at your fanpage and it's too 'busy' - too much going on. You have a an optin form and a video plus a lot to say.

    Cut out some of the content and stick to one format, either video or graphic or HTML content. Make it short and sweet to get the visitor wanting more.

    Then once they have liked make sure you deliver the expected content.

    After liking the page you may also want to add a button to an application so that you can post to their wall for example.
