INTERNET MARKETING

You know you upload your article with your affiliate link to a doc sharing site ,then you backlink to that site and u utilise the authority of that site to rise to the top of google????

does that stuff still work, or does one still have to create websites and build backlinks to that site to get to the top ??

It still works, not as good as before, but you can make it work.

A much better bet would be to backlink your site instead, but still use the doc sharing sites to get extra love.

Creating websites and building backlinks is definitely the way to go and probably always will be when it comes to affiliate marketing or any other Internet marketing business. Those doc sharing sites can be beneficial for getting traffic and backlinks to your website but I don't think they were ever intended to take the place of having your own website.
