Hi,

I came across this website

Dripable Support :: Tickets :: Submit A Ticket

I want to know which Client Support Ticket System this guy is using. If anyone knows about it let me know. Can we install it with wordpress or Joomla?

      Can I install it on Joomla because i tried installing it but couldn't make it through. Or should i use wordpress for it?

        I'm not sure what you mean by "install it on Joomla/Wordpress"? It's a separate script and would normally be installed independently. Do you mean you're looking for Trellis Desk and either Wordpress or Joomla to share a single database, thus allowing users to log in and use each section of your site with only one user account?

        I'm afraid I cannot help you there, myself - I'm not an expert at this sort of stuff - but if you can clarify what you mean, then I'm sure someone else will be able to advise you.

        EDIT: It looks like a plugin already exists for integration with Joomla (cannot verify if it works, though), but if this feature request is anything to go by, it doesn't look like integration with Wordpress is yet possible (at least, not without having some custom solution made).

    I read about Hesk but i personally like Trellis Desk more so I would want to integrate that in my website.
