Anyone have any experience selling articles on Constant Content?

I've been thinking about putting some of my extra content up for sale on Constant Content.

I've tried searching the forum and Google for information, but wasn't very successful in finding a whole lot of information, aside from how strict their editorial team is.

Can any experienced Constant Content writers offer some of their experiences?

I see they offer payment once a month (through paypal?) any information on this would be helpful as well.

Thanks in advance.

I have to thank you. I completely forgot about my CC account and just now checked it after not having logged on there in over than a year. I found a message telling me there was an offer for one of my articles. So thanks!

As you can see, I haven't had any experience with CC in over than a year, but hopefully what little I do remember can help you a bit. They do have a VERY strict editorial team, as you mentioned, but if you're good at writing, spell proofing, and whatnot, there shouldn't be an issue.

From what I can remember from the forums, there were quite a few people that were highly successful on CC, selling articles constantly. However, there also seemed to be a group of people who weren't successful for every person that was.

Everyone on CC gets a ton of public requests for articles in their inbox and the general consensus back then seemed to be that writing articles for those requests was a waste of time since there was a great probability that your article wouldn't be picked since the requester wasn't required to pick from any of the articles submitted.

My personal experience with selling articles on CC was mediocre at best. I submitted about 5 or 6 articles and I had a few full rights offers that were about $3 a piece, which I declined. The offer for the article I mentioned above was the first and only one that was pretty decent.

And yes, they do pay through PayPal once a month as long as the balance exceeds $5. All in all, I would suggest you give it a try. You never know who will see your articles and you might find great success there. Good luck!

I sold articles on there for up to $50 each. I still get the occasional sale come through over a year since I last submitted anything.

Like the previous poster, I thank you for reminding me about it.
