Ease of submission
Easy acceptance
quality of traffic
Quality of backlinks (passing PR)
Syndication

Here are mine

Ease of submission - Goarticles and Amazines
Easy acceptance - Goarticles never rejects my stuff
Quality of traffic - Ezine articles
Quality of backlinks - Ezine articles
Syndication - ArticleBase (I find a lot of sites will use the articles I post here)

  Just in case anyone reading these opinions is planning on using either of these as an article directory, please excuse my pointing out ...
  
  (i) that Suite 101 isn't an article directory, and ...
  
  (ii) Buzzle, far from offering the "best backlinks", doesn't allow any external links at all.
