It can take a lot of work, time and effort to build up your followers/following in Twitter.

Anything you can do to automate will save you some serious time.

Caution: I've paid for services in the past that connected me to irrelevant followers who were simply paid to click and leave.

Do your due diligence so you don't waste your money.

I've found that services promising a specific number of followers almost always deliver followers that are far less interested in what I have to say than followers I get myself. Services like twiends are good for building a base so your page doesn't look like a ghost town, but in my experience, are generally pretty disappointing as far as traffic quality.

I don't think buying Twitter followers is worth it. They are too fickle and hard to market to, as they are bombarded with tons of short little spams all the time.

  It's mostly for social proof to be honest - when people visit a site and see that it has a ton of followers, they tend to think it might be a good site. Even works on me lmao.

Yes, that could be done....and quite easily.

You may have a total of 3000 followers in your account due to the fact that there is always collateral damage, but I could easily get you 2000 elephant enthusiasts into an account.

That's very impressive, one more question though.

If they are laser targetted niche specific Twitter followers, why do sell them for $20 when you could have 2000 people from any and every niche and actually market products to them yourself?

I'd say you're leaving a ton of cash on the table or maybe you can't really gaurantee 2000 followers from any niche.

For Facebook i recommend a program called Facebook Blaster Pro.You do the search finding people with common interests as you, and then this program starts sending them friend requests.

But you should be patient with this kind of programs because Facebook might get you banned for making too many friend requests.

Otherwise you may use Fiverr for getting -mainly-untargeted Facebook fans just for 5$.You could also check the Warriors for Hire section here in the WF.There are warriors there provind great services and already have great feedback.

That is exactly what I do. I have over 1/2 million followers in about 2 dozen niches.

For $20 I pop them in the rotation for 2 weeks. Copy/Paste user/pass...

And boom goes the dynamite

that's how I made millions. $10-$20 at a time.

I won't drop my services on here again....but if you do a search on Fiverr, I have a gig there with 100% positive feedback where I offer to drop people in on 25% of my twitter network and guarantee them 500+ targeted hits.

It takes me 15 seconds to set them up.

People laughed at me in 2001 when I started my auto program biz and sold the progs for $5. They would say "What can you do with $5 !?!? HA HA HA!"

I laughed all the way to the bank with $5 a pop. I will do gigs ALL DAY LONG for 5-20. Normally the products/programs I release can yank that last $10 off of their credit card.

That is what real IM is about.

I've no doubt there are people out there making good money promoting to their followers on Twitter.

What I find odd, looking through this thread, is that people with shed loads of followers and people offering to get you shed loads of followers don't actually tell you they make money marketing to their "shed load of followers".

Instead, they offer to sell you shed loads of followers.

If I was making tons of cash selling to my shed load of followers, I'd offer to sell you followers and then I'd sell you a product on how to monetize them but I don't see anything like that.

One person on this thread admits he spends his whole day doing gigs getting other people followers. He even says he's made millions from it.

Where, however, is the advice on how to monetize these followers? Surely that's why people want them, right?

Be careful with offers such as they can get you 1000's of Twitter followers. Twitter is getting very strict on these. They have even suspended several a/c's because of this. My a/c also got suspended, but I appealed, they said they made a mistake and reinstated my a/c

Getting twitter followers and facebook fans can be a good way to start up your page and twitter account. Don't expect those to bring in some conversions as it wont be targeted. After getting the first set of followers, likers do your own thing to get the real likers and followers that you really wanted.

I use Twiends, and I find that the demographic is people interested in promoting their site. As for sales, I haven't made that many sales of anything anywhere, as im fairly new at selling products and services, but I've had clicks on ads and stuff. I had a look at Twitter Adder, and I'm gonna buy it, if I can afford it. I can already get thousands of views a day on different pages from my social connections, mostly from Twitter, my number one traffic source.
