Running multiple sites

I've done 20 sites, all made to earn adsense, I found a low competitive niches with the exact number of local search more than 10000. Each site has 10 pages.
Now I need the software to promote these sites.
I already have Scrapebox and a list of the 5000 auto approved blogs. The Article Marketing Robot and I have a writer who wrote to me spinning articles.

But I can not decide on the Profile Link software. Help me choose between Sick Submitter, Profile Link Robot or Nuclear Link Blast or advise something different.

    Sick submitter works, although I don't use it regularly. You can get some super cheap Xrumer profile blasts. Why not check those out?

    Why not use people on Fiverr.com and get some blog posts going, I got 400 blogs post for only a $5 bill! Very good backlinks indeed for propelling you up the search engines, just rinse and repeat until you are at the top.
