I have a product almost ready

I have a product I am finishing up on. I want to sell using Clickbank. My question is how do I launch this? I don't want to get buried and never be seen! Just curious about how other IM's go about promoting a product launch.

Use tightly focused on- and off-page SEO to target popular keywords with your sales page. Offer lots of affiliate support (including tools for them to advertise with, such as banner ads) and an enticing commission. Contact sites in your niche and try to set up ad/link swaps.

You could do a joint venture with a list owner in your niche, offering a higher affiliate commission than you offer to standard affiliates.

There are many products out there about doing product launches that you could look into as well.

    Good luck with everything!

I notice from Clickbank it looks hit n miss.

I have been considering that route.
Having a product people want is a help.

Pre-Launch as a WSO to build reputation.

Then Run Solo Ads and I see offering the MOST Commission makes a huge difference.

So you have to price accordingly.

Thanks for the input. I was planning on trying to drum up some support from other experienced IM'ers around here.

Just thought of another question along this same topic:

If I wanted real testimonials from people on the forum, should I offer as a freebie to a group of 10 or 20 to get their feedback? I'm sure I am not the first person to think of this, but I just wanted to get the lay of the land and do this right the first time.

No doubt. Doesn't have to be that many, but that's definitely a way to go. You could also price it low for a pre-launch WSO like limestone mentioned, and get some real testimonials that way. They'd be even more "real" than the ones you'd get by giving it away for free, since they'd be paying customers and not someone trying to be nice since you gave them a free copy.
