Is it legal to use someones art as yours on Fiverr?

Hello.

is it legal?...

for example here - http://fiverr.com/users/hgreilly/gig...ref=glst-g-ttl

he says that will create qr codes of website or something else, is it legal? because people can do it for free on free websites?

    No problem with the QR codes (I doubt the generators have use restrictions), but there are tons of copyright violations made every day, most famously with images found on Google images. It's just lucky for them that most small time abusers fly under the radar. I'm guessing that unlicensed misuse of stock photo/art from expensive collections are most likely to result in legal action.

    I doubt there is anything wrong with it. Because even if he uses a free website to generate them, in the end he is delivering the final product to the customer. The customer is the one with the misfortune to know that something like this can be gained for free.

      I can't imagine that's illegal. If someone is willing to pay for it that is their choice. People sell IM products everyday with only stuff that you can find for free elsewhere on the internet.

    I suppose in this case the guy is really only delivering the product to the customer. it is their choice if they pay for it as they could go and get it for free themself.
