Washington Marketers: How are you determining sales tax when it should or shouldn't be applied?

In Washington state you're supposed to pay tax on digital goods to people living in Washington. How are you keeping track of this if you accept paypal as a payment option?

If you're creating a PayPal payment button, you can manually enter a sales tax for any or all of the 50 states, although you'll have to look up the percentage and enter that manually.
Then when someone buys, it adds a field for tax in the form and calculates the amount and adds it in.

Same thing if you're sending somebody an invoice.

If you're going to include the tax in your prices and pay it out of your gross, then I'm not sure... maybe there's a way to sort transactions in your account by their state or origin.
