Anyone seen this on FB? "An error occurred with Developer. Please try again later."

I'm trying to use FB Maxed and Facebook keeps giving me this error message:

"An error occurred with Developer. Please try again later."

I've searched on Google and it appears to be a very common problem. However, the solutions offered have not worked for me. There does not seem to be any way to contact Facebook for technical support, or support of any kind. I guess you get what you pay for.

Does anyone know if there is a solution or do I have to wait until Facebook decides to fix this?

      Please provide what you are doing to produce this error, For example: are you trying to login to your personal facebook account? Connect to facebook using a 3rd party plugin via a website, are you trying to visit http//www.facebook.com/developers, etc

      General advice:

      - Try temporarily disabling proxies
      - Try temporarily disabling internet security
      - Try using another browser

      I don't use Facebook a great deal, but I have seen this error before, it went away after an hour or so. It seems a common problem that crops up from time to time, see Facebook Platform Developer Forum / [BUG]"An error occurred with Developer. Please try again later."

    I'm still getting the error.

    This is what I've done so far:

    1) Go to facebook.com/developers/

    2) Get error "An error occurred with Developer. Please try again later."

    3) I've verified my developer account

    4) Installed the App Builder

    5) Opened new account but get the same error message.
