Online coaching question

Are one on one coaches or online coaching programs worth the price tag? It's one thing to spend $17 on a WSO offer, but to drop $500 on "coaching"...That's a whole different story.

Worth it or not? If so, which "coach"?

Thanks,

Mike

It all depends on who is coaching you and their experience. For the most part, getting someone to take you through the ins and outs from their experience and show you how they make money is definitely worth it. I don't think there would be many people offering coaching that had no idea what they were doing!

The common theme that all people will tell you is that you need to take ACTION. If I was ever to get coaching, I would ensure that I had no other projects on the go and I focused on exactly what was being coached/taught. I think no distractions is the key and asking lots of questions!

Keep in mind that there are a ton of people that went to some shoddy seminar and became "experts".

Make sure you are working with someone who is actively building websites. It may cost more, but you will actually get your money's worth

It's worth what you you think it's worth.

Some people will only take action if they've paid a painful amount for advice. Some people won't take action no matter how much they pay. Some people want to be told what business they should be in and every step of how to run it and want that to be called coaching.

What you get and what it's worth are both subjective and dependant on the coach and their proposition.

Also some people offer coaching but do not make decent money and some people make great money but cannot coach, so you need to find someone that resonates with you and your goals.

They don't have an "Angie's List" for the coaches on here so the next best thing is to research past customer reviews/testimonials throughout that coach's wso thread.

If there are plenty of good testimonials for their coaching practices AND you are prepared to put the WORK In, then you should at least benefit from the coaching.

At the end of the day you are the only one responsible for what you get out of it. So you need to put the effort in to see results as coaching is only that. You need to do the work required.
