If you are running a wordpress plug there are a lot of decent sitemap plugins that do the job. All you have to do is submit the sitemap, the best way is to create a google webmasters account and submit it there.

I gotta admit this whole sitemap thing got me a little confused. How do you create one for a free hosted blog? wordpress or blogger, I have both. Terry |

Google likes site maps. It worked well for my site and got it quickly indexed in Google. My site has about a 100 pages though so it is much different than one squeeze page but I still think it won't hurt.

One page squeeze page - i don't use a sitemap. wordpress blog on your own domain you host - yes - it really helps SEO and I use plug in google xml sitemap at WordPress › Google XML Sitemaps WordPress Plugins It is easy to ftp to your plug in folder, or outsource it to someone to do it for you for $10 or so. Don't forget as JRSENCIO above said, to submit it to google as well by getting a webmaster account - it is really easy to do. Also - to take full advantage - change the permalink structure on your wp blog to custom and full in the blank field for custom: /%category%/%postname%/ Good luck! |
