When someone orders something from me using paypal, they see my name in the paypal checkout or order page. How do I make it such that they see the brand name and not my name? Is it possible to have pen names there instead? How do people who market in several niches with different names deal with this issue? |

I don't believe that can be changed. I use my business name because it's a business account, so they see my business name, but whatever you're using in Paypal is what will show.

Under My Account, Profile - i see my name, and on the right a link to "change". Perhaps this is what you wish to change? Looks like it requires faxing/emailing additional info to paypal in order to do so, however.

You could create a custom order form banner that refers to your brand name. Instructions here: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/websc...ummary-outside However, lower on the page your PayPal account name will still appear. That does not seem to be avoidable, but using the custom banner will focus the buyer's eyes on your brand name. |
