If what you mean is the "free ipad" niche etc..
It is incentivized offers when someone complete an offer and refer other people and if they too complete an offer that he or she gets credited. So basically he or she only did one offer and the of his friend completed it.

No, my question refers to offer that is called free offer but in order to receive it for free, you must complete a number of paid offers yourself without referring others as far as i know.

Yeah I agree, they should not call that free. Now if you were completing free offers to get to the product I could understand but it seems these people are just misleading others for there own profit.

Not only is it not free, but some of them will cost you money. Some are forced continuity programs, some charge a "trial" fee to your credit card. Not a good idea to participate in these types of offers. I wouldn't give my credit card into to them.

a few months ago some guy on my facebook signed up to some app that spammed his entire friends list with some offer like "OMGGGG GET A FREE IPHONE JUST CLICK HERE" - how annoying

started noticing this kinda tripe quite a while ago, never click on them now, clicked on the first one i saw years ago, was disapointed it wasn't free, but wasn't surprised.

really annoys me how they say it's "free", i'm guessing there is somet in the T&C's to allow them to get away with it lol.
