How do I download both the video and audio?

I got the DownloadHelper software but it doesn't seem to be able to detect the streaming player.

    You can download the video by installing Real Player. It's free from real.com.

    Once it's installed you either get a little box appear at the top right of a video or you can right click on the video to get a download option.

    I've found this only works with Internet Explorer, not in Firefox for some reason.
